Hi-
I need some information on staining cytospun cells. The cells in question
are alveolar macrophages, and I am using the Prussian Blue method for
staining iron. First, should the cells be treated with Trition X, and
after staining do the cells need to be dehydrated to coverslip? Finally,
what type of coverslipping medium should be used? We are currently using
Permount with poor results. Thank you for any help in advance,
