Hello,

I am embedding longitudinal sectioned mice heart in OTC and need to have better morphology to be able to clearly see both left and right ventricles.  This lab has tried dentamold but I found it very difficult to section.  Does anyone have any suggestions how I can make the morphology of frozen tissue comparable to paraffin embedded tissue?
