Hello everyone
 
Has anyone had any experience in immunostaining whole rat corneas?  My
biggest concern is permeabilizing the cornea to get sufficient
penetration.  In the past I have used 0.1% Triton X-100 for 50 micron
free floating vibratome sections and that seemed to work quite well for
that application.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks in
advance.
