Hello again,
Does anyone have a good protocol for preparing bone (after decal is done) for cryosectioning.  I've done the sucrose preservation and also have just gone straight to OCT and immediate freezing with LN2.  Both protocols have worked for me.  But, I was just wondering what the consensus was.
