Re: [Histonet] muscle stain for image analysis
PAS does a nice job of outlining smooth muscle cells in cross section,
might be worth a try. Be advised that it stains the "cell coat" of the
smooth muscle cell, not the membrane itself. Otherwise, immuno directed
against a molecule unique to the cell membrane of skeletal muscle cells,
assuming there is such a marker.
