Hi Fellows
Have anyone used GMA as the embedding medium for mouse eye section?
Here is my prescription:
A solution : GMA 95ml
             PEG-400 8ml
             Benzoyl peroxide 0.7g
B solution : PEG-400 20ml
             N,N dimethylaniline 1ml
When polymerization  mix A with B at 100:3

Can someone give me some direction?
