Hello everyone. My PI asked me to look for a marker that would show if there's any damage in the tissue. Basically, we're using this ventilation-perfustion system for mice lungs. I've section and stained them hematoxylin, and didn't see any damage... well, at least I couldn't tell. So is there such a thing out there that would mark tissue damage, edema, and such? Thank you.
