[Histonet] Faster luxol fast blue

From:Gayle Callis

Go to Sakura Finetek Histologic website, and search for Diane Sterchi's
Modified Kluver-Barrera for Melin and Nerve Cells, unfortunately, I do not
have the date nor issue. Sections at 10 um thick.

She did it in 3 hours following a preheating of Luxol fast blue to 60C,
stain for 3 hrs in this hot LFB, rinse in 95% ETOH to remove excess stain,
rinse in distilled water, begin differentiation in 0.05% lithium carbonate,
continue this step in 70% ethanol, until gray and white mater are
distinguished. This step is FAST! rinse well in distilled water,

Good luck.

way to speed that step up?
