Fwd: [Histonet] re: cryostat sectioning

Please pardon my ignorance, but what kind of frozen tissues are you 
sectioning on the sliding microtome, what brand & type sliding microtome 
are you using, and how are you keeping your samples frozen for sectioning 
on it? Thanks, Atoska
