I have had a request to carry out some histology on cucumber for the Dept of
Crop Sciences. I saw some reference to plant histology about 4 weeks back,
with suggested texts. It takes some time to get publications out here in
Oman so I am wondering if anyone could give me a rough protocol for tissue
processing plant material whilst I am waiting.
