flooring for histopathology lab

We are in the process of planning for a new lab. I was wondering what type of flooring other labs are using. Do you have non-slip flooring? If so, do you encounter any problems cleaning the paraffin off the surface? Can it be scraped? How are they to clean? Do you have anti-fatigue mats? We have grossing area, embedding area, special stains, Immunohistochemistry, and a main cutting area to consider.
