Good Monday morning to all. I have 1 quick questions. We are unable to 
get good results using an rabbit anti-mouse anti-caspase-3 antibody.
We try to stain formalin-fixed mouse tissues to detect apoptotic cells.
Does anyone have a good protocol or specific experience with this 
antibody.
Any help is very much appreciated. As always, thanks for the info
