Hello Histonetters,
I am writing in the hopes that someone would be willing to share suggestions
and advice on renal/kidney biopsy tissue processing and staining protocols.
We seem to have a problem with the processing, which results in artifact and
interstitial spaces.  This does not occur with other tissues of similar
size, processed simultaneously.  Also, the sectioning to 2 microns is
difficult for our techs to master without any wrinkles.  Any tricks, tips
and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
