Re: Primary antibody incubation


I have had more consistent results using overnight incubation.  The stains I primarily do are using muscular dystrophy antibodies.  It also provides me an opportunity to start a stain at the end of my work day and finish it first thing the next day.  There are positives and negatives for both applications.  Overnight seems to be the most consistent for me as long as you have the time to do it that way.
