I eat my peas with honey.
I've done it all my life.
It makes the peas taste funny
But it keeps them on the knife.
Otherwise it might be something in "Histological
Techniques for Electron Microscopy" by D.C.Pease,
Academic Press, New York, 1964. I don't have a
copy, but do have one of Hayat's EM books (1981),
which doesn't have an eponymous fixative Pease
fixative in the index.
