We have had fairly good luck with the FISH on the Ventana.  The problem we have run into is that it is not FDA approved and many of our oncologists want FISH up front instead of reflexing thru the IHC.  Therefore we do only Vysis.  The pathologists also prefer the two probes to Ventana's one probe.
