We routinely include eosin in our biopsy processors and have not had any problem with our ihc stlides which are clean. I recommend considering other causes for the blush you refer to.

I've been asked to post this question: "Does staining tissue with eosin
during processing [i.e., paraffin embedding] cause a background or "Blush"
for IHC? This is related to paraffin embedded tissue cut at 3 microns."
