as well as the internet site already suggested, I would suggest two
books:

Histology. A Text and Atlas. By Johannes A.G. Rhodin. Oxford University
Press. The Edition I have is 1974 and the photographs are superb.

Ultrastructural Pathology of the Cell and Matrix (2 volumes) by Feroze
N. Ghadially.  Butterworths publishers. I have the third edition - 1988
- but there are more recent ones.
This is an excellent reference for identification of organelles and
unusual cell inclusions.
