The FDA does not approve ASRs.  I'm unaware of any comprehensive ASR list.
Indeed, one can expect the list to grow over time.  Perhaps the inspector
wanted to see a list of the ASRs in your laboratory's use.  What CAP
checklist?  What question?

We recently were CAP inspected and got written up for not having a ASR list.
This is supposedly a list of all FDA approved Antibodies.  Does anyone have
such a list?
