Hi Jennifer;
Our lab is using 40-1A obtained from the Hybridoma bank, but works best in Dent's fixed tissue.  Others have had some success with Molecular Probes,Sigma and Promega although we haven't gotten them to work in PFA or Dent's. Hope this helps.  Maureen at East Carolina U.

Histonet,

I am looking for an antibody for beta gal that works in paraffin. I have
looked extensively and just keep coming up with antibodies for frozen
sections.

I know that Cortex has one and it works but they are having a problem with
it and it is backed ordered for who knows how long.
