We have found when doing immuno. on tissue that was fixed in Prefer
fixative, we will get staining in both our positive and negative
sections. We have tried several blocks and nothing seems to work for us. It
doesn't happen with every antibody.  We use Dako antibodies and detection
systems. Any advice for this problem will be greatly appreciated!
