Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on a good positive control for MMP-2 and -9. I stain mouse lung and arteries. I know certain tissue with carcinoma work well, but I was wondering if I can use tissue from the mice (male) we sacrifice for our experiments, and the mice do not have any type of cancer. Any suggestions? Thank you for your time.
