Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on a problem we've been having with our H&E stain. We are using a leica linear stainer with Harris hematoxylin.  The pathologists have noticed that the nuclei look vacuolated and have a hazy look to them.  We sent the blocks to another lab to stain and they look fine so, we know its not a problem with processing. Anyone have any suggestions?
