Hello Histonetters,
  Having some problems with Cyclin D1 antibody, using Novacastra at 1:75
dilution, incubation 1 hour and using Vector ABC kit..please help...getting
only background staining...even tried antibody over night. Also ise High Ph
antigen retireval,  Thanks
