Hello all.
I have just started a new project which involves staing some decalcified rat 
bone for Bcl-2 and Bax. The Bax is staining very well, but I cannot get 
any Bcl-2 staining, even in our controls (rat gut). We are using the Santa Cruz 
BCl-2 (c-2):sc7382 which is mouse anti-human, but the product info states that 
is reacts with rat.
Does anyone have any ideas or tips ?
