Recently we get unspecific staining with anti PSA antibody (DAKO) on FNAB samples of metastasis of the thyroid medullary carcinoma , the reaction was nuclear and as we performed more staining on non prostate carcinomas, we get the same nuclear reaction also on desmoplastic small round cell carcinoma. Does anyone have more experiences with such unspecific reactions of  the PSA antibody?
