Are there any old timers out there that will help this old timer out...

I am looking for a procedure using tergitol for Acid Fast Organisms. We 
haven't had a positive AFB stain (other than the control) in quite some time 
and we're beginning to question our methods.

Does anyone out there have a procedure??
