Does anyone do p16 or ezrin immunostainings? In my lab we are having quite big problems with them. We're using Ventana BenchMark slide staining system ja reagents related to it. Antibodies are not Ventanas, they are bougt elsewhere.

Problem is that tissues (mainly endocervical samples) do not stain properly and that they are quite destoyed after staining. We have tried different kinds of protocols (standard, mild, protease handling, different kind of dilutions...) but nothing seems to help. We would be very pleased if someone could help.
