f-actin labelling
From: | tom.read@utoronto.ca |
Hello,
I have been trying to label the f-actin, using phalloidin-rhodamine, of human
eye tissue (endothelia of Schlemm's Canal) that has been stored in 10% buffered
formalin for 5-6 years, with absolutely no success. I've always had excellent
results using the same fluorephore to label tissue which has been stored for 1-2
years in 1% formalin and am surprised at the poor results with this older
tissue. Any comments or suggetions would be appreciated. Thanks.
Tom
