Re: FWD'ing a post for Ronnie Houston RE c-kit
We have been routinely using the ckit from Dako, and have not seen this type
of staining. We have compared this antibody to a couple of other clones, and
it has continuously come out on top. I am wondering if perhaps either
tissues fixation/processing is affecting the staining. Or perhaps it is a
heat pretreatment or titer issue. Just my thoughts.
