WE CUT A COUPLE OF PIECES OF UMBILICAL CORD (FRESH) AND GIVE THEM TO MICRO
TO INCUBATE ..ONE WITH GRAM+ AND ONE WITH GRAM-
IN A COUPLE OF DAYS THEY ARE "RIPE "AND WE FIX THEM AND PUT A PIECE OF EACH
IN ONE BLOCK. WORKS GREAT.
