RE: Placenta.

I feel sure/am convinced that 20 or so years ago, someone, I think in a book, advised a Pap stain as routine for placentas.
I have spent ages trying to track down this authority but have failed, and am beginning to wonder if a dreamed it.
In the meantime, I have very occasionally had Paps done on placentas.
Anyone seeing the results would be convinced that I had dreamed it:-)
