PS! ? About Histologist
Since I am getting difference responses.
I would like to say these brains are cut at 5 microns and NOT fixed in Potassium Di Chromate like others I cut, they are removed from the skull left whole than put into 10%NBF and not trimmed in till a day or two or even a month later or more till the brains are sectioned for processing on the tissue processor The Doctor said it would mess up his results for Immuo's staining.
