Older than dirt/off subject

From:Susan Owens

I know this is not Histology related and some may have a few unkind words to
say about this. But there are times when the stress level gets high that one
just has to kick back and remember the slower and kinder days. Enjoy.

I counted 19, not good. We had one of those bottles on the ironing board
too. AND I remember all but the soldering iron on the gas burner. Just not
one of my better days.

B: Older than dirt.......

My Dad was cleaning out my grandmother's house and he
brought me an old Royal Crown Cola bottle. In the bottle top
was a stopper with a bunch of holes in it. I knew immediately
what it was, but my daughter had no idea.

She thought they had tried to make it a salt shaker or
something. I knew it as the bottle that sat on the end
of the ironing board to sprinkle" clothes with because
we didn't have steam irons.

Man, I am old.
