Is there a difference using Alcian Blue pH 2.5 or Mayers Mucicarmine when
staining malignant cells on pleural or abdominal fluids for Cytology?  We
had a case which we performed both stains, and the Mucicamine had more
positive cytoplasmic staining in malignant cells than the Alcian Blue,
making me wonder if the Mucicarmine is a better stain for fluids.
