Morning,
Does anyone have a protocol for Luxol Fast Blue (for myelin fibers)on
cryosections? Using the protocol in Sheehan & Hrapchak, I'm making some of
the obvious changes.(aqueous vs. paraffin) Can anyone tell me why you add
balsam drops to the 100% ETOH? Thanks.
