Labor Shortage
Greetings,
I have been asked by my lab manager to get as much information
as possible on the labor market shortage of histotechs.. He needs this to
establish a histotech position as "hard to fill. With this info, it
would give us greater flexibility in our salary scale.
If I could get feedback on this, it would be greatly appreciated.
