Fellow histonetters:

I was wondering if any of you out there have any recommendations for staining 100 micron free floating sections.  The sections that I am working with are mouse cerebellum.  These sections will be cut on a vibratome.  The sections are embedded in a 2% Agarose Solution.  I will be doing various Direct Immunofluorescent Stains on them.  Any recommendations or protocols would be appreciated.
