Hi,
I have to visualize GFP tagged cells (EGFP and dsRED 2 from Clontech) in mouse 
tissue (lung, liver, brain and maybe bone). I heard very different things 
about the ethanol stability of GFP and the feasibility of different protocols 
for cryosections or parraffin. Does anybody has experience with this problem 
or maybe even a protocol that works ?
