Does anyone know of a laboratory that will do DNA typing on formalin fixed paraffin embedded (ffpe) tissue? 

We have a patient that wants us to prove that the tissue we have is theirs.  I know that ABH typing can be done, but the request is to match their DNA with the DNA in our ffpe tissue block.

I have called several reference labs and they know of nobody that does this.
