I am hoping there is someone out there who has used
Tyrosine Hydroxylase with paraffin embedded peripheral
nervous tissue.  I am trying to test erectile tissue
in the female for confirmation of nerve type.  My
tissue is from cadavers, they sit a few days prior to
embalming and then after 2 months in the cooler I can
harvest tissue.  I am hoping to find a simple,
non-flourescent) protocol to test known nerve tissue.
