Does anyone have some suggestions for a small prob I have. A few minutes
ago, a researcher dropped by with a few slides of fresh cow retina
smears(not sections)he wants a quick stain showing the cellular
structure...mostly cones...and membranes...Of course I've never done these
smears before....I'm sure I'm going to have to fix the slides before
staining....any suggestions?? This is a first time try for him(and I must
say me too). I was considering a tol. blue stain...or maybe a good old
H&E....He is really wanting to look at the retinal cellular structure. Any
suggestions please hurry..this fresh cow smear is getting smelly....I think
I'll move it right away into a 2% para....the things we do...geezz...
