We have all three instruments as well and there does seem to be a liitle bit 
of difference in the staining quality on certain antibodies. WE are currently 
just using our Nexus for 34Beta 12-( HMW Keratins). WE found that the ES 
seemed to eat up the tissue and the staining quality was inconsistent. We
