Thanks to everyone that sent me information on Evans Blue
dye.  I have some more questions regarding Evans Blue.

1. If I inject Evans Blue into an animal (rat or mouse),
will I be able to see it microscopically?

2. How long after injection should I sac the animal?

3. What percentage of dye should I use?

Any information would be appreciated.
