Hi, Is anyone out there using the Galectin 3; cd44 combo on thyroid lesions in regular practice?? Is so please share your basics- optional dilutions, kits used, times etc.  I have started working this up and have gotten a ton of background using regular abc technology suggested.  Thanks.
