Hello All,

I have zero experience with cutting bone and/or other "nasty", hard 
implants and such, so I need to hear from all you experts in the field. 
A bone researcher at this Vet school is interested in demonstrating 
the attachment of, and associated matrix proteins of osteocytes to 
ceramic cubes in cell culture. Where do we begin??

She knows her way around the cell culture arena very well, but it's 
the fixation, embedding, sectioning and staining that we need 
direction on (not asking for too much am I ?!?). 

Does the Hard Tissue Committee have a separate listserv that I 
should be posting on? I welcome all replies. Thanks.
