I have a couple of questions for a research colleague.

The first one involves tissue microarrays. We are just beginning to do
tissue microarrays. We have read the recent Histotech. Dirndl article, and
it contained a lot of good info. We just have a few specific questions. Does
anyone have any suggestions for tissues they do or do not like to place
together in a block? Any hints for cutting all these different tissues that
are placed together?

Does anyone have any experience with doing IHC on Struck fixed tissue? The
research department is encountering some problems trying to work up immense
on this tissue.
