Hi everyone,

I know no one does enzyme cytochemistry anymore, but I am looking for a 
protocol for two enzymes, and need a source for protocols.  The enzymes are 
monoamineoxidase and catechol omethyl transferase.  We are hoping to locate 
these on brain tissue with an enzyme reaction.  Thanks for any help!!
