anti-Mycoplasma bovis
Is there anyone out there that will share with me their protocol (and
antibody source) for staining for Mycoplasma bovis?
I'm having a devil of a time getting consistent results. I've tried LSAB2
on the autostainer and Envision manually. Sometimes I get staining, and
other times not... there's no apparent rhyme nor reason for either outcome
when I check for possible variations in the staining protocol from day to
day.
My antibody source is Biodesign and I use the antibody at 1:50 dilution (45
minutes on the autostainer or 60 minutes manually) with citrate buffer
microwave antigen retrieval, 2 x 5 minutes, for tissue pretreatment.
Thanks in advance for any enlightenment that you can send my way.
