Servant isn't much better, and the explaination I got was from a group of 
what are now referred to as "Forensic Technicians". Thanks for the literal 
translation, but slave or servant wouldn't suit me if I had to do what they 
do,(and started my career that way).handling terrible circumstances, trying 
to make it better for the living, and taking greater risk, year after year.
